Jason Sirotin:
Hello everybody, and welcome to the Greenstone Podcast. I'm Jason Sirotin and today we are talking about one that's always intrigued me just because of the name, which is Larry OG. And again, if you've listened to the other podcast this is something that we're phasing out of our library right now. Mr. Genetics, can you tell me a little bit about Larry OG?
Mr. Genetics:
Yeah, that Larry OG's a ... It's kind of classic in the Denver area. A lot of people are going to recognize that name and it still holds true to the classic OG pheno It has wide spacing, golf ball nugs and a true gas type smell and a OG style growing.
Mr. Genetics:
And it's one of our strains that really reacted well to all the environmental controls that were put in and all the adjustments and upgrades that were made. And it turned out to be a nice, super light, green color gassy smell and good smoke. So it responded well and it's one of the better ones that's going to be phased out.
Jason Sirotin:
Gary, how do you like working with Larry OG?
Gary:
It's interesting. The OG physical characteristics, you have a lot of large internode spacing, golf ball sized buds. So it's, one of the easier plants to defoliate and to maintain. So that's always a nice plus. And once again, we were pleasantly surprised on the quality of flower that was finally produced.
Jason Sirotin:
Awesome. Well, if you're interested in trying Greenstone's Larry OG, ask your local dispensary if they carry Greenstone's Larry OG. On behalf of the Greenstone podcast, I'm Jason Sirotin and we will see you next time.
